Welcome to AAPA's CME Accreditation Management System

On March 19th, 2020 AAPA transitioned to a new Accreditation Management System with some key updates, including login credentials.

You will now use your existing individual AAPA.ORG username and password to log in and get started. After successfully logging into the system applicants may change their preferred contact email within the profile page of the accreditation system. This will not change your email preference associated with your aapa.org account but only the method by which we contact you regarding your applications. 

Applicants should use personal account NOT corporate accounts. Do not create organizationall accounts.

If you don’t already have an AAPA account, creating one is straightforward and intuitive.

Reconciliations for applications submitted prior to March 18th, 2020:

Outstanding post-activity reconciliations originating from the before 3/18/20 should be submitted via email. 

You will be required to submit 1. a roster of participants and  2. an overall evaluation summary. 

These items should be emailed to cmeapproval@aapa.org with the email header “Reconciliation for CME-00XXXX”. 

Overdue reconciliations will result in a blocked account, preventing submission of future applications in the new system.
